We are a small company based in Lincolnshire ,purely a mail orders unit and no shop . We trade under our parent company DRS Ltd banner and were formed to clear the extra items offered to ourselves when we house clear or buy someones old china . We do not sell new items EXCEPT SILVER JEWELERY .
All items will be sent by carrier in the uk and by signed for post all over the world . The carrier is fully insured but post is at your risk , no breakage insurance .
Our items are security labeled or tagged and these have to be intact for returns . Any buyer must notify us of a problem within 24 hours of receipt . Please await our instructions re returns as some things are covered by insurance . We do list each item and show a picture so not what I ordered or wrong colour is not a reason to return . Jewelery is sent in clear plastic bags sealed with our security labels please check item carefully before you open bag . Once open no returns accepted .
